Project Description
A three story mixed-use design on 5th Avenue South in Naples, this structure fronts a busy downtown shopping district that spans from the famous Tamiami Trail to the Gulf of Mexico. With a first floor of retail shops and two floors of luxury condominiums above, this design includes covered parking and a rooftop swimming pool and spa.
