Project Description
This 6,400 sq. ft. Port Royal home, located on a secluded waterway has been renovated twice by DCA. First, to add an enclosed 2,200 sq. ft. pool and pool structure along with an arcade along the south of the residence to take advantage of views of the adjacent garden and waterway; and next, to completely remodel all of the interior spaces with new high ceilings, open spaces, a new kitchen and a new master suite with pool and waterway views.
